Thoughts on weight loss

Weight loss has been a bain in a lot of peoples lives.  What causes some people to put on weight and not others.  Sometimes the reasons behind being overweight  are not simple but can be a variety of reasons, from medical to Past life issues.  It can also to a large extent be due to negative thought patters & beliefs.  For example woman are told its hard to lose weight after giving birth to a child.  So their mind reinforces this belief.  

People  also put on weight as they have gotten into a habit of eating unhealthily.
